How Do You Make Mexican Shrimp Tacos?
This only takes up to 35 minute. It is recommended that you use an oven, but if you like you can warm the tortillas in a pan after extracting the bean mixture. This is something simple yet different. If you are tired of the chicken try this. 🙂 Heat up your over to 350 degrees. Wrap the tortillas in foil and make sure you heat it up for 10 minutes. While your doing this, prepare the salsa by mixing the tomato, cucumber, scallions, cilantro, lime juice and salt then move it to the said once your finished. Toss beans with only ½ tsp of fajita seasoning in a mixing bowl. In a skillet/pan of large size heat up the oil in medium-high heat. Place the beans in this skillet and cook for 3 minutes (make sure you stir). Now add the shrimp and stir. Cook until the shrimp are fully done. Now all you have to do is divide these beans and shrimp into the tortillas. As simple as this is you have a nice cooked meal with the salsa on the side.
