Cut a piece of red fabric that is as wide as your shoulders and 2 1/2 yards long. Hem the fabric 1/2 inch all the way around the edges. This will form a tunic. Fold the fabric in half, bringing the shorter edges together. Cut a 6-inch hole for the collar in the middle of the fold. Hem the collar under 1/2 inch. Make a “chain mail” hood by cutting a piece of silver or grey fabric that is 36 inches long and 24 inches wide. Fold the fabric in half (right sides together), bringing the two longer edges together.
