How do you make meatballs and what is the ingrediants?
Grammy’s Meatballs: Meatballs: 3/4 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbs. snipped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 2 Tbs. vegetable oil mix all together and form 24 small meatballs. Fry in oil or bake on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam for 20 minutes.
IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING,YOU CAN MAKE THEM WITH LOTS OF DIFFERENT MEATS. HERE IS MY RECIPE FOR THEM MADE WITH MINCEMEAT, EITHER BEEF OF PORK , 1 CHOPPED ONION 4 CLOVES GARLIC MINCEMEAT 1TEASPOON MIXED HERBS SALT& PEPPER. THEY ARE BEST MADE IN A FOOD PROCESSER, JUST PUT EVERYTHING IN AND CHOP FOR A FEW SECONDS, IF YOU HAVENT GOT A PROCESSOR YOU CAN DO IT BY HAND BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO USE AN EGG TO BIND EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
2 lbs hamburger or ground turkey 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers 1/4 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp garlic, minced 2 eggs, beaten Combine all ingredients, then roll mixture into 1inch meatballs and place on waxed paper on cookie sheets. Freeze meatballs for about 2 hours. Then place in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until cooked through.
