This is a quick recipe considering the meatballs are almost from scratch and are tender and juicy. If you use your own homemade sauce and breadcrumbs, then the meatballs are completely from scratch. Using store bought sauce and breadcrumbs is simple, and the meatballs still taste homemade. This recipe will feed 4 to 7 people. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put a large pot 3/4s full of water on the stove on high heat to bring to a boil for the pasta. In the water add about a tablespoon or two of cooking oil, and a teaspoon of water. Mix together in a large mixing bowl, one pound of ground beef, one cup of bread crumbs, one cup of spaghetti sauce, and 2 eggs. Make Tablespoon size meatballs and drop onto cookie sheet. The meatballs do not need to be rolled perfectly, and will not be firm but a little juicy which will make them tender and tasty.
