Mix up the salt, accent, black pepper and onion powder in a shaker. Set aside. Divide the beef into ten balls of equal size, and lay them out on the waxed paper. Freeze them way for 1 hour, so that they stay together when grilling. Add water to the dried onions in a small plastic container and cover. Refrigerate for ½ hour, remove and drain out the water. This gives you McDonald’s “baby onions.” Keep your favorite brand of pickles on hand. For McDonald’s type-pickles, they should be very sour. One to try is Heinz Genuine Dills. Purchase plain hamburger buns, and set them aside. Inexpensive store-brand buns work well for McDonald’s hamburgers, plus they are already cut in half. Preheat your
