This is the best salsa ever! If I say so myself. 🙂 I’ve made it a hundred times and I have never met a single person who didn’t love it. Peel, core and dice your pinapple. Place the pineapple and all of the juices in the large mixing bowl. Dice your tomatoes. Make sure that any juices go straight into the salsa bowl. All of the seeds and juice and fruit are necessary. Pit and chop your peaches into very small tidbits, place the fruit in the bowl. Peel the mangos and remove the inner seed. Slice and dice into very small chunks. Toss this in the mixing bowl. Remove the outer paper from your onion, chop into either large or very small pieces, depending on your preference. Add this to the mixing bowl. If you want a spicy salsa, do not remove the seeds from the jalapeno! Just remove the stem, slice into rings and finely mince. Be careful not to touch the jalapeno with your fingers.
