There is nothing more delicious than freshly made mango lime salsa! Try my easy, breezy recipe and serve it with your next meal. Dice your ripe mango – You can test your mango’s ripeness by giving it the squeeze test. Your fingers should gently sink into the skin of the mango. There should not be a total squishy feel, but a slow sink. To cut your mango, slice parallel to the seed on the wide flatter side of the fruit. Make several vertical slices followed by several horizontal slices into the flesh. Push the skin up into the flesh, thereby fanning out the fruit as noted in the photo. You can then slice off your diced mango directly into your bowl. Finely dice your onion. Coursely chop your tomato. Dice your bell pepper just shy of fine. Add to your bowl with the mango Coarsely chop your cilantro bunch. Juice your lime and add juice, cilantro and the salt and chili powder to the mango salsa mixture. Mix your mango lime salsa mixture well. Cover the bowl and let stand at room temperature
