Boil manicotti noodles about 20 minutes or until tender.Drain well but do not rinse.Cool manicotti noodles in a single layer on a piece of wax paper. In a saucepan cook green onions and garlic in margarine or butter until tender.Add milk.Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.Add Swiss cheese and wine and stir until the cheese is melted. For the filling, in a mixing bowl stir egg,spinach,ricotta cheese,parmesan cheese,feta cheese,lemon peel and nutmeg.Fill the manicotti shells with filling.Arrange shells in a 2quart dish.Pour sauce over the filled shells. Bake at 350 degrees,covered for 35 to 40 minutes.Voila theres your low fat manicotti. Serve and enjoy.
