Make a LOW-FAT Tiramisu! It’s easy. No cooking skills required! Plus eat all you want! Blend the cheeses, pudding mix, and sugar in the food processor until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl. Add topping of your choice, then fold into the mixture(Folding Technique: Using a rubber spatula, cut vertically into the mixture, scrape bottom of the bowl and turn over) In a separate mixing bowl, combine the coffee liqueur and espresso. Dip half of the lady fingers into the espresso mix, until moistened, and line the bottom of the trifle bowl.(layer 1) Spoon about half the cheese mix over the moistened lady fingers and smooth flat.(Layer 2) You can also add espresso grounds in this layer for a crunchy kick! Dip the rest of the lady fingers in the coffee mix until moistened. Line them on top of the flattened cheese mix.(Layer 3) Spoon the remaining cheese mix on top and smooth flat.(Layer 4) Lightly dust the top with the cocoa powder and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
