How Do You Make Low Fat Lemon Chicken?
This is a great Low Fat Recipe that is tasty and easy to make. I cooked this for my kids and they loved it. The beauty is that it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes cook so it’s great for making for kids after school or for lunch at the weekend. Cooking Instructions: Turn your grill to High and pre-heat. If you were able to get the chicken with skin on place it skin down on an oiled heatproof dish and season with some salt, pepper and the paprika. Grill for about 5 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, cut the lemon in into 4 thin slices. Keep the remaining lemon for later. After 5 minutes turn over the Chicken and put a slice of lemon on top of each piece of Chicken. With the lemon on the Chicken, sprinkle over the Chicken the parsley, remaining lemon juice, the Honey and 2 tablespoons of water.
