How do you make logos, website graphics, banners etc..?

A lot of web designers will take something that is normal and make it “pop” a bit more. Those might be the normal colors of that frog but with just a bit of tweaking, they look slightly otherworldly. Also, taking out some of the flaws or discolorations (in the eyes, for example) add to this effect. A lot of designers will end up doing this to give something that is natural a “cleaner” look.
