How Do You Make Linen Spray With Rubbing Alcohol?

Step 1 Fill a clean spray bottle with 1 ½ cups of fresh water. Step 2 Add 2 oz. of rubbing alcohol to the spray bottle. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon or straw.
