Linen sprays purchased through retail stores can be costly and contain harmful chemicals, yet there is a simple and inexpensive recipe for creating your own linen spray using essential oils, to give a clean, natural and long-lasting fragrance. Step 1 Thoroughly wash out your plastic spray bottle before mixing the ingredients. Step 2 Measure out and add 1/4 cup of vodka to your spray bottle. You may want to use a funnel to aid you in adding both the vodka and the distilled water, to avoid any spills.
