I was in Maine visiting my Aunt and my best friend happened to be passing through the state. She stopped by, it happened to be her birthday, so I insisted on making a cake. What’s Maine known for? It’s wild blueberries of course. This cake is a great alternative to a regular chocolate or vanilla based cake. I highly recommend if you have any lemon or blueberry lovers in your life.
