Lambrusco wine is made from grapes that originate from the Emilia region of Italy. There are many different types of Lambrusco grapes, but in general it is a versatile grape that can produce red and rosé wines that are either still or sparkling and can be either dry or sweet. There are three different basic ways to make Lambrusco wine. You can purchase a wine-making kit, you can purchase Lambrusco grape juice, or you can make wine from the grapes themselves.
