My husband and I love pimento cheese, but this is a fast recipe for our newfound favorite. Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese spread is so delicious and so easy to make. You can buy it pre-made, but like pimento cheese, home style is so much better. This recipe has the consistency of a cheese ball, when spooned into a bowl. It can be served lie a cheese ball. The neat thing is it already has the spicy things in it; no need for pimentos or anything like that! Finely grate the Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese into a bowl. I found it easier to use a tiny little hand grater. It needs to be very fine. Add a liberal amount of salt and ground black pepper; don’t leave this out. For some reason it is important to the taste. Add a little more salt and ground black pepper.
