I first had a key lime pie martini at my friend’s party and just loved it! I had to get the recipe from her and here it is: A delicious and easy recipe for Key Lime Pie Martinis. Enjoy! Key Lime Pie Martinis: Take your vodka, liquer, pineapple juice, and cream and mix together. You can either stir or if you prefer “shaken not stirred”, use a shaker to mix. Mix well. Use the lime slice to rub the rim of your martini glass. Roll the rim of your glass in the graham cracker crumbs (just like you would rim a margarita glass with salt). This adds the finishing touch to your key lime pie martinis and really brings out the key lime pie flavor! Pour martini mixture into the rimmed glasses and serve.
