How Do You Make Jell-O Fruity Spritz Cookies Recipe?
This is a fun Spritz cookie that uses Jell-O for the coloring and flavor. This recipe comes from my cousin Joyce. I have been collecting family recipes for over 30 years now. I hope to one day write a family cookbook. You can use any Jell-O flavor of your choice. For example you could make red & green Christmas Cookies out of cherry & lime Jell-O. There are currently 20 different flavor of Jell-O. They are apricot, berry blue, cherry, cranberry, grape lemon lime, margarita, mixed fruit, orange, peach, pina colada, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, strawberry-banana, strawberry daiquiri, strawberry kiwi, watermelon & wild strawberry. When making Spritz I always use butter and I never chill the dough. In a large mixing bowl beat the butter with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar and Jell-O.
