How Do You Make Jalapeno Shrimp Enchiladas?
The combination of flavors in these easy Mexican enchiladas recipes (make individual enchiladas or an enchilada casserole)is wonderful. This Mexican shrimp recipe is similar to a traditional scampi, the difference is in the verde sauce.
