Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Place on wire racks to cool. If you notice that your cookies are dark brown or looks slightly burnt on the bottoms, take out a microplane and scrape off the dark or burnt portion. Your cookies will still be moist and delicious.
