Chicken Parmigiana is a creamy entree loved by many. Serve this wonderful dish at your next dinner party or holiday get together. Ingredients: 8 Split chicken breasts – they will need to be skinned, boned and pounded thin Ingredients For Coating: 2 Eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 a Teaspoon of salt 1/2 a Teaspoon of pepper 1 Cup of bread crumbs, plain 1 1/4 Cups of Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 a Cup of vegetable oil Ingredients For Sauce: 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 Cups of tomato sauce 1 Teaspoon of salt 1/2 a Teaspoon of pepper 1 Bay leaf 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce 12 Ounces of sliced mozzarella cheese Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together the eggs, the salt and the pepper. Mix the bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture.
