How Do You Make Indian Masala (Spice) Tea?
Indian masala tea has a special taste and you will love the same. Follow my steps and you will enjoy every sip of Indian tea – First make sure that you have following items with you – Get some good crushed, granular Tea (not the tea bags). Indian Tea Masala packet (Badshah brand) You can find these in any Indian grocery store. Usually, you can find rest of the items in your house. Take one cup of fresh water in a small pot or kettle. Add two spoons of sugar (add extra depending on individual taste); 1 and ½ spoon of tea powder; 1 Clove (cut into two pieces); 1 Cardamom (broken or crushed); 1 teaspoon of tea masala and 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger. Put on the stove and keep it on medium heat. When it starts boiling, wait for 1 minute and then add a cup of milk. If you like strong tea, you can boil the tea water for few more minutes.
