How Do You Make INCREDIBLE Chocolate Chip Cookies EASY?
Learn how to make wonderful, delicious, incredible chocolate chip cookies! Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix shortening, granulated and brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs on medium speed, or with a spoon until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. (The dough will be stiff.) Stir in chocolate chips. If the dough is almost too tough to stir and the chips aren’t forming into the dough, then you can add a teaspoon of melted butter to the mix to soften the batter. Roll the dough into balls slightly smaller than golf size. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with your hands. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown. (Centers will be soft). Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Makes about 3 to 6 dozen cookies depending on the size. If you enjoy nuts in your cookies: Simply stir in 2 cups of coarsely chopped nuts with the chocolate chips.
