How Do You Make Ice Cream Lollipops?
I love lollipops. I make chocolate lollipops at home. Here is a new twist on a timeless favorite: ice cream lollipops. A cold treat for those hot summer nights and treats for Easter or any other holiday gathering. Step 1 Scoop out 5 scoops of ice cream in to a ball and place on a plate lined with parchment paper. Now stick the plate in the freezer until it is semi cold. This may generally take up to 15 minutes. Have your lollipop sticks out and ready. Step 2 Take out the ice cream balls and insert the lollipop sticks in to the ice cream. Now place the ice cream back in to the freezer. Step 3 Get out your sauce pan and heat a cup of water in the pan on a low heat setting. Put a medium steel bowl on top of the sauce pan. Now in the bowl, combine your milk, chocolate, and cream. You want to get the chocolate smooth and melted, stir as needed. Take off stove. Step 4 Quickly place the toppings you are wanting to use in a bowl.
