How Do You Make Hot Super-Cheesy Spinach Dip/Spread?
Make a tempting cheesy-licious spinach dip for your next party! It’s soooo thick and cheese-filled that the more it cooks the thicker it can become! Of course, depending on your deep love of cheese, you can always add a little more… Just serve it with a knife for a thick spread of heaven! Thaw the frozen spinach by placing it in a microwave safe container for 6 min on high. Let cool. Squeeze cooled spinach until it is dry and drain all of the water out. You can do this in a colander or using a fork, push all of the spinach to one side of the container and press the fork into the spinach, tipping the container to the opposite side so all the juices run out to that opposite corner. Then pour the juices into the drain to dispose of them. Add the cream cheese and soften it by placing it in the microwave in a microwave safe container for 1 min. Mix cream cheese and spinach with the rest of the ingredients. Microwave for 3 min. on high and stir again to combine. Serve with crackers or toas
