How Do You Make Honey Teriyaki Burgers?
Burgers. Everybody who eats meat eats them, probably due to the fast food restaurants that are on every corner. Eventually those thin frozen patties are going to get old. Try something new, like a honey teriyaki burger. This recipe will give those plain old grilled beef patties an entirely different taste. Combine the ground beef, teriyaki sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Be sure to completely mix all of the ingredients until the uncooked beef turns brown. Shape the beef into a ball and press it between the palm of your hands to form a pattie. The burgers can be any size, but I generally make them the size of the palm of my hand. Add a slight indention in the middle of each burger to prevent the burger from expanding in the center. Place the burgers on a preheated grill and cook for about 5 – 7 minutes on each side, flipping them once. After the burgers are turned, lightly glaze them with teriyaki sauce. Serve and enjoy.
