I wanted to pass on the recipes so that your family can enjoy them like I have over the years. Add flour and stir until smooth. Stir in onion, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Slowly stir in milk. Stir in hominy. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
