How Do You Make Homemade Window And Glass Cleaner?
This homemade window cleaner is made with a few household products most of us already have around. You may not have borax or rubbing alcohol around the house, but I found that even when I went out and purchased these two items just for this recipe it was still cheaper than store bought glass cleaners because it takes such a small amount that I have been making it for more than a year and still have barely put a dent in what I bought. I found when I used this homemade window cleaner that my windows and mirrors came out cleaner than they ever have with the store bought cleaners. Measure, mix well and pour all ingredients into spray bottle. Be sure to label the bottle clearly. Spray liberally onto mirror or window. Clean and dry with newspaper (black, not color) or a paper towel. You can also use a window squeegee and wipe up any missed spots with newspaper. This is my favorite method because it’s quick and easy.
