You’ll wow your family the next time you bake a homemade pound cake. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Move the rack as close to the middle of the oven as possible. Grease the tube pan with baking spray and sprinkle some flour in it. (The flour will help to keep the cake from sticking to the pan when you take it out.) Take a bag of frozen strawberries and set them in a bowl of lukewarm water to thaw. Drain the juice in a strainer. Cut the strawberries in small pieces, enough for 2 cups. Set aside for later use.
