How Do You Make Homemade Push-Up Handles?
Push-ups are great exercises for building the chest, shoulders and arms. You can do them anytime, anywhere. However, if you use a push-up handle which elevates you off of the floor and gives you a greater stretch in your chest and makes the exercise a little more difficult since your hands are turned in a different direction. Here is how I made mine. The first step is to cut the lengths from the 8′ piece of pipe that you will need to construct the handles. The instructions that you will find here are the measurements that I used. You can alter the measurements to fit your own needs. The material list includes enough materials to create two (one won’t do you much good). However, I am going to give instruction on building just one.
