Rocket ships are a fun craft for a lot of children to make. They make great activities for craft hour in a school setting or are a fun craft for birthday parties. This is a great way to reuse plastic bottles, so it is an eco-friendly craft to do, as well. It is also simple and creative, and you don’t need many materials to make it. Cut the first piece of construction paper large enough to wrap around the main part of the bottle. You can use any color construction paper you like. Roll the construction paper around the bottle so that it covers the shaft of the bottle. Tape the construction paper together. Cut a different color construction paper in half and fold it into a cone shape. Tape the cone shape together, and press flat. Cut the cone shape to fit the uncovered part of the top of the plastic bottle. Place the cone on top of the plastic bottle, and tape it to the other construction paper.
