Stir the additional flour in a spoon full at a time, so you don’t add too much. Put the dough onto a floured surface, and knead for about ten minutes. The dough will be ready when it is elastic and smooth. Cover the dough with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes Cut the ball of dough in half. Take one half, and roll it out on a floured surface, until you form a large square or rectangle that’s about an eighth of an inch thick. Fold the dough over on itself two times, so there are four layers. Cut the dough into thin strips, and lay the strips out on towels to dry.
