The delicious pieces of chicken make the enchilada a meal in itself and the cheese and other ingredients add flavor and make the meal more enjoyable. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your baking pan. Begin with either precooked chicken or raw chicken. If the chicken is already cooked, begin chopping it up into bite size pieces. It the chicken is raw, either boil it in water or cook it in a skillet. Then chop it up and put it in the mixing bowl. Next add the cream of mushroom soup, green chiles, sour cream, and cheese to the mixing bowl. Stir until the ingredients are combined. Prepare your tortillas by warming them slightly if there are too stiff to work with. You can warm them in either the microwave or the oven. Spoon enough of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each tortilla so the mixture run
