Begin by browning the ground beef over medium heat. As it cooks, chop the meat with a spatula to make it small. While you are waiting for the meat to cook, dice the onion, bell pepper (any color you like), and mince the garlic (or use minced garlic in a jar like I do!). Drain the ground beef. Add diced veggies into the pan along with the meat. Add a generous splash of Worcestershire sauce (2 to 3 tablespoons), shake in some black pepper to taste, and the chili powder or chili seasoning, and a little water (about 1/4 cup should be plenty). Mix well. Allow the veggies to cook. Open the can of kidney beans and add them directly to the pan without draining. The bean juice adds another layer of flavor. Mix well. Add in the V8 juice. If you like your chili spicy, you can use V8 Spicy, or add in some hot
