Step 2 Next is to prepare the chicken by having the boneless/skinless chicken breast cut into almost cube (a good half-dollar coin size) pieces on a cutting board. Then place chicken in the boiling broth. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Step 3 After cutting the chicken, take your cutting board to your sink to wash, also to wash your knife throughly, your hands, and the counter where you were cutting the chicken so bacteria wouldn’t spread to other food or objects. Step 4 On another cutting board, while waiting for the chicken to cook, time to prepare the vegetables.
