How Do You Make Homemade Candy Corn Costumes?
If your child has had enough of witches, ghosts and goblins, offer her an alternative this Halloween. A candy corn costume is a sweet departure from the norm. Sewing is entirely optional, and the costume can easily be constructed in an evening out of felt and a few other basic materials. Candy corn costumes are especially appropriate for young children and toddlers. Step 1 Measure your child to determine how tall the candy corn should be, and how wide it should be at the widest part, the bottom of the candy corn. Use the measurements and draw a large triangle on a piece of poster board. This will be the template for the candy corn costume.
