How Do You Make Home Made Ice Cream Sandwiches Using Instant Pudding?
These home made ice cream sandwiches are perfect for freezing individually. Pop one out of the freezer any time you need a treat for the kids. Most likely the items needed are in your pantry already. This desert can be made as a low fat snack and the kids won’t even know it. Also by adjusting the ingredients for the lactose intolerant person they too can have a cold desert. Step 1 Prepare pudding and milk according to package directions. Refrigerate until set. Step 2 After the pudding as set, fold in the whipped topping and add the chocolate chips. Step 3 Place 24 graham crackers on a baking sheet. You will have to freeze each individually. Step 4 Top each cracker with about 3 tbsp of the instant pudding filling. Step 5 Place another graham cracker on top of the pudding mixture. Step 6 Freeze the sandwiches for at least 1 hour or until they are firm. Step 7 Wrap each individual sandwich in plastic wrap and place back in the freezer.
