Want to take your water balloon wars to the next level? Well here’s the recipe for my secret weapon! Step 1 Don’t worry, these don’t blow people up, they just explode far larger when they impact so everyone gets sprayed. I already found out that firecracker fuses burst the balloon before they explode so these are much safer. First, fill up a water balloon on the faucet so it’s about half full. Step 2 Now pinch the neck of the balloon and pull it off the faucet. Be really careful not to let it go or you and everything around you will get thoroughly soaked. Step 3 Now take a big breath and put your lips on the neck and start blowing so there’s pressure building up inside your mouth then loosen your fingers so you inflate the balloon the rest of the way with water. Make sure you blow really hard initially or you’ll get a mouthful of water. Step 4 It should be about 50% air and 50% water.
