How Do You Make Herbed Potato Chips?
Herbed Potato Chips make a great appetizer for entertaining. These are very easy to make and are delicious… Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Spray the baking sheet with the non stick olive flavored spray. Cut 2 red large potatoes crosswise into paper thin slices. Leave the peeling on the potatoes. If you have a 4 sided grater, you can use the side that has the slits to slice the potatoes. Next, spread the potatoes out on the baking sheet in a single layer and brush 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil over the potatoes. Bake 10 minutes and turn the potatoes over and brush with 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil. Recipe for Herb Mix: 2 tablespoons minced fresh herb of your choice (2 teaspoons for dried herbs) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Mix in a small bowl and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 5- 10 more minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet and serve with Sour Cream.
