I think that you should request that whoever sells you latex balloons with helium that they should put this HI-FLOAT balloon treatment in each balloon before inflation. HI-FLOAT triples the normal balloon float time.

Latex balloons treated with hi-float will float for up to 25 longer than balloons not treated with hi-float. It acts a barrier to the helium escaping out the membrane of the balloon.
