How Do You Make Healthy Strawberry & Blueberry Shakes?

So anytime that you may be on a liquid diet, if it’s a matter of you trying to, you either had heart surgery, your jaws wired shut or if you’re not able to digest regular food. It’s really important that you have the proper food to nourish the body. So again depending on what your needs are, you may need to add some protein in there. Cause protein is really important especially to repair the body from any kind of trauma that it’s going through. And what I’m going to do is I’m going to add in some strawberries, some blueberries.
