First you need to pre heat your oven to 350 degrees. Wash your hands. Next wash the vegetables, and finely chop the onions and peppers. Take out ground turkey and make sure it is completely thawed. Mix onions and peppers in a bowl with the ground turkey. Next add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste, some preferring a stronger taste than others. Mix up thoroughly with hands. After everything is mixed and seasoned to taste take out in chunks and roll into 1.5 balls. Place the balls on racks or cookies sheets and place in the oven to bake for 30 – 35 minutes, or until done. After meatballs have cooked place them to simmer in spaghetti sauce! And your done!
