How Do You Make Healthy Cranberry Fruit Dip?
This dip is great to dip fresh cut fruit into. A very healthy snack for kids of all ages. The cranberry sauce adds a great tart touch! This recipe makes enough dip for 16 servings. For an even healthier dip, you can use low-fat cream cheese and lite whip cream. This is a quick and easy healthy snack that takes less than 10 minutes to make. Beat cream cheese and cranberry sauce in medium sized bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended throughly. It’s much easier to beat the cream cheese if it is softened first. Gently stir in whipped topping & cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Completely chilling dip makes it firmer and easier to scoop. It will get runny if dip becomes warm.
