How Do You Make Healthy Chocolate Muffins?
Coming up with healthy chocolate recipes can be very difficult. But here is a delicious recipe for healthy chocolate muffins. These muffins don’t just taste good they are also good for you! First preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your muffin tins with non stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl combine a chocolate cake mix, 1 can of pumpkin puree, and the pumpkin can full of water. Use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients well. There may be some small lumps but it should be fairly smooth. Fill the muffin tins about 3/4 full of muffin mix. Cook the muffins for approximately 35-45 minutes. If you can insert a toothpick and pull it out clean then the muffins are done. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes and then serve. You can dust the muffins with powdered sugar if you like. The muffins are wonderful with some fresh fruit. Strawberries are my favorite!
