How Do You Make Healthy Chicken Pasta Recipe?
Here is one of my family’s favorite healthy Chicken Pasta recipes. It is great for serving guest too! Set a large pot of salted water to boil. While water is boiling shred chicken breast, cut tomatoes, asparagus and mince the garlic Once water is at boil cook pasta for 4 minutes, add asparagus, cook until tender for about 3 minutes Keep ½ cup of water from pasta, then drain the pasta mixture and set aside. In the same pot, heat olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, season with salt. Add in chicken stock and half and half. Adjust heat to high and cook sauce until slightly thick for about 4-5 minutes Add in pasta mixture and chicken, lower heat to medium and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Once pasta has absorbed most of the sauce, turn off the heat and add fresh spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper and toss all ingredients together.( If there is not enough sauce, add in the ½ cup of reserved
