Season chicken with a little chili powder. Cook chicken in the pan for about 10 minutes until cooked through – but not browned. Add no salt chicken broth, black beans (already cooked), chopped onions, chopped red peppers, and corn. Season mixture with 1 tablespoon of chili powder. Let simmer on medium for approximately 15-20 minutes. Heat wheat tortillas (instead of white flour) in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Scoop out your chicken fajita mix onto each tortilla. You can serve with yellow rice, low fat sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
