This banana bread recipe makes 2 loaves, and you can add nuts, I use pecans in my Bread. I usually use old bananas as to not have to throw them out in the garbage, which I think is wasting food. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does. Preheat your oven @ 350 F. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and bananas. Mix well, Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add nuts at this time, if you would like. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour @ 350 F. Check to make sure they are done in the middle before removing from the oven.
