If you’ve ever had hard cider, you know how well it goes down on those hot summer afternoons. Now you can make it yourself at home for much less than you’d pay at the store and it takes very little time and attention and is much easier than you think! Step 1 (Juice apples and) pour juice into pot. Heat until it simmers. Step 2 Cool to room temperature. Step 3 Pour juice into the empty bottle. Add a sprinkle of wine yeast.
