How Do You Make Hard Boiled Eggs Perfectly Every Time?

0

Having trouble with eggs cracking when you boil them? Are the eggs difficult to peel and are they over cooked or under cooked? Follow these tips and your eggs will come out perfectly every time. Carefully place eggs in a sauce pan so that the eggs site on the bottom of the pan. Do not put in too many eggs so that eggs are sitting on top of eggs. Add water to the pan so that the water completely covers the eggs. Place the pan on a stove and turn the temperature to high. Wait for the water to boil. Do not allow the eggs to sit in boiling water long as they will start to crack. Once the water begins to boil, remove it from the heat, place a lid on the pan and set the timer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, fill the pan with cold water and allow it to sit in the cold water for 5 – 10 minutes so that the eggs cool. The eggs should peel nicely.
