Make a hanging candle holder from a baby food jar and not only save money, but help the environment by recycling items that normally would end up in a landfill. These bright and cheerful candle holders also make great gifts. Clean the baby jars out with mild soap and water. Dry them completely before continuing with the project. Paint the outside of the jar with spray paint. Only apply a thin coat to allow the light to shine through when you light the candle. For a more dazzling effect, mix white glue and glitter together, then paint this mixture on the outside of the glass jar to create sparkling candle holders. Place a long piece of copper wire around the lip of the jar. This will form a circle around the jar. This piece of wire needs to be around 24 inches.
